KAWASAKI Y-series robots (Pick & Place)

Y-series robots are ideal for ‘Pick and Place’ applications.

The first representative of this series is the YF003N robot, which can quickly and precisely pick and place various low-weight loads. The robot has very short cycle time of 0.27 s for 1 kg load and 0.45 s for 3 kg load, and a work envelope of 1.3 m diameter. The robot’s parameters enable the performance of up to 175 cycles per minute. The optional fifth axis enables the robot to carry two elements during one cycle, increasing the robot’s efficiency.
