In accordance with Article 13 of the Act 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 I would like to inform every data subject that:

  • The data subject personal data is administered by Control-Service Jaromir Turlej with its registered office in Cracow at 17 Plk.   • The data subject personal data are processed in order to perform contracts and any legal obligations related to their conclusion or performance, as well as to assert the rights (defence of claims) of the controller related thereto (Article 6 of the Act 1 (b), (c) and (f) of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. In addition, the data is used to maintain the business relationship,
  • The period of the data subject personal data depends on the purpose of its processing and is, therefore, equal to the performance of the duties collected – until the expiry of the obligation (e.g. accounting records, including the data contained therein, require storage for a period of 5 years),
  • In accordance with the performance of contracts and the fulfilment of legal obligations related thereto, the Control-Service company may transfer data to processing entities, e.g. accounting, legal, IT, postal, courier services. Providing the data is necessary to conclude the contract, in case of not providing the data, it is impossible to conclude the contract,
  • The data subject shall have the right to:
    • To obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data, to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing,
    • Data portability,
    • To object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her,
    • To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) dated 27 April 2016 r.,
    • To withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing,
