We have been providing solutions for optimisation, automation and monitoring of production processes since 2001. The systems and software implemented by our company enable our clients to lower costs and to increase production effectiveness resulting in an increase in their competitive advantage on the market. We provide solutions for construction, energy, metallurgy, food, automotive or pharmaceutical industry. The proposed innovations support our partners in upgrading their facilities and streamlining their work, as well as optimizing their processes. Modern solutions and tools increase the ergonomics of the plant, speed up production and facilitate the management of individual stages of work. The systems we create are appreciated by our customers, which confirms that the solutions we have developed prove practical and are an interesting answer to customer’s expectations.

Automation of processes is what we are experts in

We implement automation projects of batch production systems, production management systems (MES) and building management systems (BMS). Due to the cooperation with mechanical companies we build completely robotized and automated technological lines.

We create simulators of production processes (digital twin)

They make it possible to verify if the entire production process control system is correct before it is implemented in the facility. The simulators also allow to test new ideas and implement only proven solutions. They are very useful tools for training new employees.

We offer a comprehensive range of activities

We implement comprehensive automation and control projects. We construct entire systems by ourselves. We closely supervise the continuity of production by providing the efficient 24h service and equipment rental options. We also provide training for employees who are to operate a given production line, providing them with our knowledge of how the entire system works.

Our services and solutions are used by i.a. the Carlsberg Group, Azoty Group, ZGH Bolesław, Philip Morris, Śnieżka, Kompania Piwowarska, Orlen, Enea, EDF and Coca Cola. However, we don’t serve only large corporate clients. Our assistance is equally often used by small and medium business owners, which gives us valuable experience in carrying out various types of orders requiring from us a diverse and flexible approach.

During the last 5 years we have created over 300 control systems intended for, in particular, the food industry, construction, steel, automotive, chemical as well as water and sewerage industries. During that time we have also provided service assistance over 4000 times – mainly in relation to inverters, soft starters and other automation components. We have already delivered over 10000 frequency converters and soft starters to our clients.
