‘EXCHANGE TO NEW’ Program

‘Exchange to new’ is a special program enabling our clients to exchange their old Danfoss drives for latest generation models.

It is worthwhile considering substituting your old drive for at least two reasons. Firstly, even if the older model still works fine, the newer model will be much more advanced, which means that it will be more functional, efficient and more reliable. Secondly, the converter exchange program is a great option for those clients who use old generation devices and have limited access to spare parts or the spare parts are no longer available.

The ‘Exchange to new’ program includes the disassembly of old devices, installation of new generation converters as well as programming and start-up of the drive within current automation configurations. This program is addressed both to clients with Danfoss drives and drives made by different manufacturers.

Why take advantage of the ‘Exchange for new’ program?

• It enables gradual implementation of new substitutes while maintaining functionality of the entire system.

• As a part of the ‘Exchange to new’ program we carry out an inventory of frequency converters to assess the level of wear of the currently used devices.

• On the basis of the collected data, we prepare an offer for the exchange of selected old converters.

• We also archive the settings of the new converters on an electronic carrier.

• As part of the program, we dispose of the old devices responsibly.

• You are provided with brand-new devices with manufacturer warranty, and you are assured of the availability of spare parts for a dozen or so years.
