Using special converters, we are able to test all algoritms in new PLCs, using existing I/O modules. This solution allows you to perform tests with full production efficiency. After a fault-free production period (about 1-3 weeks), we start to replace the hardware. This approach reduces and even eliminates the impact on production plans. In this way, we have already migrated dozens of control systems.
