VLT Softstart MCD 500

VLT® MCD 500 is a series of complete solid-state soft starters providing smooth starting of induction motors. It offers control across all three phases. Motor current measurement via current transformers is used as a feedback signal for controlled voltage ramp-up over time. This ensures protection of both the motor and the soft starter itself. The MCD 500 features AAC (Adaptive Acceleration Control), enabling the optimal operating profile during both starting and stopping.
