VLT Softstart Controller MCD 100

VLT® MCD 100 is a cost-effective and compact range of soft starters for AC motors. It is a true “fit and forget” solution equipped with start and stop functions, which can be mounted on a DIN rail.

The MCD 100 provides voltage ramp start and stop. Ramp times can be set using potentiometers in the range from 0.4 to 10 seconds.

Starting torque can be adjusted in the range from 0 to 85% of the torque available when the motor is directly connected to the mains supply.
