CS-RHC (Control-Service Remote Helmet Controller)

CS-RHC is a dedicated service helmet solution that enables remote drive commissioning, parameterization, device diagnostics, and basic service operations. The system connects to the network via Wi-Fi or LTE, ensuring continuous access to technical support.

To improve comfort and efficiency, the helmet is equipped with a headset featuring active noise cancellation and a camera mounted on a magnetic connector, allowing for quick removal and easy adjustment of the viewing angle.

In addition, tools such as TeamViewer and MCT provide continuous monitoring and professional remote support for diagnostics and service activities. The solution is based on real-time online collaboration between maintenance personnel and Control-Service service and technical support engineers.

The service engineer guides the user step by step through the diagnostic and repair process and, when required, also supports device parameterization by working directly within the user’s environment.
