We provide professional and comprehensive electric drive service and maintenance. Scope of work performed during preventive maintenance inspections
Cleaning and maintenance of power electronic components within variable frequency drives
Inspection of electrical connections
Verification of the condition of electronic components, particularly DC-link capacitors, inverter IGBT transistors, and rectifier components
Dynamic measurements, including analysis of input and output current and voltage waveforms under rated load conditions, IGBT gate pulse signals, and DC-link voltage levels
Verification of drive software, analysis of alarm logs, and archiving of measurement results
