New service from Control-Service
In our offer there is a new service – remote service support. We have created a helmet that allows you to connect with a Control-Service engineer and perform a remote service. The new form of cooperation will allow you to:
- diagnose a device,
- start a drive,
- perform parameterization,
- make minor repairs.
Everything is done remotely – without calling the service. CS-RHC (Control-Service Remote Helmet Controller) is a novelty on the market, the task of which is to ensure the safety of employees and raise the level of maintenance in production companies to an even higher level.
