We implemented the media visualisation system project for the whole production plant in a big automotive company. HMi system is in WinCC 7.3 and consists of two redundant servers, three client stations and four independent WinCC stations. The one of clients’ stations was designed to display synoptic screens on video wall made up of 9 screens 55 “4K resolution. As a form of communication we used the existing Ethernet network. To communicate with Simatic controllers we used a standard WinCC driver, however, communication with the gas monitoring system and the monitoring station of 110 kV is via Modbus TCP / IP.
Visualisation includes the following installations:
- Boiler room (S7 315-2PN / DP + S7-1200)
- Compressor room (2 x S7 315-2DP)
- Hydrophone (S7 315-2PN / DP)
- Fuel Station (S7 315-2PN / DP)
- Power Station 110kV (Siemens PAS)
- The monitoring system of gas consumption f. ATREM
